Every six weeks, take 2–3 intentional days off.Rest, recharge, and reconnect with your body.Stand in front of a mirror, not to judge — but to witness. Ask yourself: •What has shifted in me — physically, mentally, emotionally? •Where did I show up for myself the most? •What do I need more or less of next cycle? Then design your next phase with clarity. This is how your body becomes a reflection of your self-leadership.
Once a day, choose one meal to be fully present. Before eating, place your hands over your plate or bowl. Breathe deeply and say: “May this food nourish the version of me I’m stepping into.” Eat slowly. With reverence. With listening. This is how you turn food into fuel — and fuel into frequency.
